Terms of Service
Effective June 29, 2026. By creating or using a LexReview account, you agree to use the platform only for lawful bar review, study, and legal education purposes.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for accurate registration information, secure login credentials, and all activity under your account. Tell support promptly if you believe your account was accessed without permission.
Educational use only
LexReview provides legal education, study support, reference organization, practice questions, flashcards, essay practice, and review workflows. LexReview does not provide official legal advice, legal representation, or a substitute for a licensed professional.
AI-generated content
AI-assisted responses, summaries, case digests, quiz explanations, essay feedback, and study suggestions may contain mistakes, omissions, outdated information, or unsupported conclusions. You must verify AI output against primary sources, class materials, official issuances, and your own judgment before relying on it.
Uploaded documents and generated outputs
You are responsible for having the right to upload documents to LexReview. Uploaded files, extracted text, search indexes, generated outputs, and related metadata may be processed to provide study features, subject to the Privacy Policy and retention settings used by the service.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system security, scrape protected content, upload unlawful content, upload malware, or use LexReview in a way that violates applicable law, academic rules, or third-party rights.
Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
Paid access is activated after successful checkout through the configured payment provider. Users may cancel future renewals by contacting support or using any self-service cancellation workflow made available in the account. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and may be limited where a billing period has already started, paid features were used, or payment-provider rules prevent reversal.
Account deletion and data removal
You may request account deletion or data removal through the Support page. LexReview may retain limited records when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing, dispute handling, backups, or legitimate operational requirements.
Service changes
LexReview may update, improve, suspend, or remove features as needed to maintain security, reliability, and compliance.
Usage telemetry
LexReview may collect usage, performance, device/app, and error telemetry for admin audit, reliability, security, and product quality. The service is designed not to intentionally log passwords, API keys, tokens, payment secrets, raw uploaded file contents, or full essay answers.
