Account deletion and data removal
To request account deletion, uploaded document removal, or personal data removal, include the email on the account and the specific data you want reviewed. LexReview may need to retain limited records for security, billing, compliance, dispute handling, backups, or legitimate operations.
Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
For cancellation or refund help, include your account email, plan name, checkout date, and payment reference if available. Refunds are reviewed case by case and may depend on usage, billing period, payment-provider rules, and applicable law.
